Deadline to apply for Spring Break is February 18, 2026.

​​​No applications will be processed after the deadline for each distribution. Any application received after the deadline will be processed for the next distribution scheduled.

 

The application below is strictly for children only who are in families who feel they qualify for our meal delivery program. To apply the following criteria must be met: 

​

- All children receiving services must be over the age of 1 and under the age of 18.​

-A food insecure household.​

-Home address in Putnam, Overton or Jackson Counties in Tennessee.​

-No unrestrained and/or aggressive animals on the property.
